We ship to anywhere in the UAE on a daily basis via our third-party logistics provider.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to check the status of your delivery.
Shipping within Dubai is FREE of charge. Anywhere else in the UAE has a flat rate AED 30.00 shipping charge.
IMPORTANT: If you haven’t received any email from us, we kindly recommend checking your junk and spam folders.
We ship only from Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and week-ends. For same day dispatch, orders need to be received by 10:00 am. Nevertheless, due to high volume of orders or the product not being available, we cannot guarantee that all orders received by 10:00 am will be dispatched on the next day. We do guarantee though that orders will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. (Dispatched to the third-party logistics provider. As soon as it reaches their side, it is their responsibility to deliver)
Orders are carefully packed in boxes or heavy-duty envelopes to prevent damage and to ensure you will receive your goods in the best possible condition.
